14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your Scribey subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
This 14-day refund window applies to all paid subscription plans, including both monthly and annual billing cycles.
Payment Processing
All payments for Scribey are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and refund fulfillment on our behalf.
When you request a refund, it will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at letdancer@gmail.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We will process your refund promptly.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to all features of your plan until that date.
After the current billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
